UCIC has been worked with Tianjin Innovate College designing and delivering a 1-week customized executive training program focusing on medium to large scale business management transition and global expansion for three entrepreneur delegations.
The participants are from different industries but with common challenges in management. The program offers them an opportunity to communicate with executives from other industries and learn different perspectives. The courses include global expansion, innovation, blue ocean strategy, etc.
